• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude & work ethic

• Ability to work in a team and autonomously

• Victorian Driver’s License

• The ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines and meet KPI’s

• Police check (not necessary on application but if you are shortlisted you will need to provide this)

Desirable qualities but not necessary:

• Previous Real Estate Experience

• Current Agents Rep certificate
