Jarrad Grant is a born and bred product of the Mornington Peninsula, initially growing up in Langwarrin and attending Langwarrin Primary School before moving to Frankston South and attending Derinya Primary School for years 4,5 & 6. He attended Mt Erin College years 7-9 before moving to The Peninsula School in Mt Eliza years 10 through 12.
Jarrad was drafted to the Western Bulldogs in 2007 at pick 5 spending 8 years at Western Bulldogs, followed by 2 years with the Gold Coast Suns. To which his characteristics have become punctual, diligent, resilient, great people skills, team worker and a competitive nature from his 10 years in the AFL system.
Purchasing his first property at the Age of 22 he has a first-hand experience of being a First Home Buyer, Investor, Owner Occupier and Tenant.
Jarrad’s friendly, personable attitude and integrity have enabled him to build great rapport with people his met over the years – “Born and Bred here, I have a raw passion for the area & see the local area as a best kept secret.”
After nearly 12 months, he has come leaps and bounds working under Director Juan Merchan, experiencing Auction & Private Sale campaigns. Jarrad has sold properties in Frankston, Frankston South, Frankston North, Pearcedale, Somerville, Seaford, Carrum Downs, Skye, Langwarrin and Mt Eliza over this short period showing a great understanding of the area!

Jarrad’ other interests include Travel, NBA, Thoroughbred horses, having a coffee with friends, golf and playing with the Frankston Bombers (his junior football club).
